In 60 minutes Zumba session, you will be doing alternative high intensity and low-intensity bouts which makes you lose fat from your body. It contains a mix of Bollywood music, bhangra, and some Hollywood songs.
About Trainer :
Happily dancing and teaching Zumba for the last 4 years. As a dancer, I had to work on my body and make it strong. I found the gym workout is not my call, that's why I started doing this dance form and love it very much, then onwards I started teaching and the beautiful journey started😀
Session Format: Group Session
Session Length: 60min
5-10 min - Body warm-up exercises in the beginning
30min - Low and high-intensity dance forms
5-10min - Abs attack workout
10 min - Cool down exercises
Sessions will be held on:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
9:00 AM to 10:00 AM: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
7:30 AM to 08:30 AM: Tuesday, Thursday
4:00 PM to 05:00 PM: Tuesday, Thursday
