With months of yoga experience, you're ready to explore new variations and more challenging asanas. Refresh yourself with yoga poses that take you to the next level. Advanced Yoga poses will include enhancing core strength, deep forward and backbends(e.g. wheel pose), inversions like forearm stands and arm balances and leg splits. Multiple drills will be there to attain advanced asanas. This is only for people who are already from any kind of fitness background and they want to take their level up.
