These are 1-on-1 advance yoga classes for those who have already completed basic and intermediate level of yoga. You can book single session or a monthly class (8 sessions) as per your need. Please refer to session plan below for more details.


PERSONAL ADVANCE BATCH

  • 1st class (Back bending CLASSES) Special practice :Camel Pose  

  • 2nd class Leg stretching (Front split exercise) : Hanuman asana  

  • 3rd class Core AND strength exercise  

  • 4th class leg stretching (side split exercise)  

  • 5th class (forward exercise)  

  • 6th class (Balancing posture) Special practice : Headstand  

  • 7th class (Backbanding CLASSES)    Special Practice : Dhanurasana
