Basic to Intermediate Yoga

This batch is for people who are new to yoga as well have those who have done some yoga in the past and want to take it to next level. It is conducted for 3 days in a week.
Basic to intermediate batch
Monday class - Back bending yogasanas
Wednesday class - Power Yoga (core and strength exercises)
Friday Class - Leg stretching (front & side split exercises)
You can share your medical history or conditions privately with the trainer and they will consider that when the sessions happen. Mohit gives individual attention to everyone and suggests where one should stop so that you don't get hurt.
