Here is my nutrition program to plan, enjoy and stick to a healthy diet with a clear understanding of what you need to eat and why you should eat that. My consultation is for weigth loss, muscle gain as well as improvement in nutrition intake. Daily intake of fluids, macronutrients, micronutrients, calories will be mapped and a proper diet consultation will be provided for you to make correct decisions on food that you eat. If you want some recipes and exercises will also be suggested.
