In 60 minutes Zumba session, you will be doing alternative high intensity and low intensity bouts which makes you lose fat from your body. It contains a mix of bollywood music, bhangra and some hollywood songs.

About Trainer:

Happily dancing and teaching Zumba for last 4 years. As a dancer I had to work on my body and make it strong. I found the gym workout is not my call, that's why I started doing  this dance form and love it very much, then onwards I started teaching and the beautiful journey started😀
