Hey there! I'm Pallavi. I have been doing yoga since I was a child as part of my academics. I have more than 3 years of experience in yoga education and teaching field. I am highly passionate about yoga and meditation. I have been university level Athlete as well. In my class you will get focused and kind attention from me for your health and fitness related issues through yoga and meditation. You can share your personal medical issues with me so that I can suggest particular yogasanas for it.
