About Trainer:

Mr. Prabir Podder is a renowned international yoga teacher with a huge 16 years of experience in this field. He has trained students in many countries like Vietnam, Seychelles, Kuwait, Maldives and Mauritius.  He has completed his yoga education with a masters in yoga therapy and has been certified to take yoga courses. Just as yoga helped him, his aim is to use his teachings of yoga to make his fellow students' life healthy and disease free.
