With specific guidlines from Ministry of Ayush for Yoga Practictioners for Covid-19, we are launching a specific yoga module for those recovering from covid-19. The course is developed with following guidlines from the ministry. https://www.ayush.gov.in/ayush-guidelines.html


With second covid wave engulfing us, it is high time we turn to the traditional and proven methods of pranayma to improve our breathing. We are now launching a new batch only for Pranayam - for those who are recovering from covid and for those who wish to improve their lung capacity. In short 45 mins sessions, we will cover:


Pranayama Class:
- Yogic Breathing

- Yoga Asanaas
- Different types on Pranayama with benefits and contraindications
- Shatkarmas/Body Cleansing Techniques (Kapalbhati and if possible Jal Neti)
- Detox Breathing

About Trainer:

My Name is Malika Pahlajani and I work in a corporate office in Pune, currently based in Agra due to lockdown. I started my yoga journey 3 years back, learnt yoga and completed my 200 hrs YTT from Pune (Shri Krishna Yog Sansthan) and started teaching Hatha Yoga for few months before lockdown.


I completed my 300 Hrs YTT (Yoga Alliance) from Rishikesh, in which I learnt multi style yoga, mainly focused on Ashtanga Yoga and Pranayama.


I believe yoga should be an integral part of our lives as it has several benefits on the body as well as on mind. In the modern world where people are mentally or physically unfit, yoga is a blessing.

I believe in giving back to the community and teacher training helps me to teach yoga to as many people as possible. I want people to understand benefits of breathing to make their lives better.
