"Aradhana is a good trainer. She has an eye for detail. She will correct you if you are doing poses in a wrong way. Specially important since sessions happen online. She takes pain to correct us. When you are taking classes online issues such as network connectivity, audio, etc. come up. Aradhana gets these issues resolved as well. She adopts the training as per the need. I found initial sessions of 'Normal + Intense' a bit heavy. However the training was further modified to 'Basic + Intense' as per our need.
